CASAS DO MAR
Porto Covo
ON THE BEACH, TWO STEPS FROM THE VILLAGE
A 5-minute walk from the picturesque fishing village of Porto Covo is CASAS DO MAR, right in front of the extensive sandy beach. Ideal for beach days that never seem to end or long walks in winter, this location could not be more beneficial to the connection to the Vicentina coast.
CASAS DO MAR consist of twenty-one apartments, distributed between T3 and T2, carefully designed to offer a harmonious connection with the outside, all with a spacious social area. Apartments on the ground floor include a private garden and pool, while those on the top floor enjoy magnificent views from the terraces. Each unit also has a parking space in a garage, with pre-installation for charging electric vehicles, in addition to a common sanitary installation and a storage/laundry compartment.
Privacy and comfort were priorities in the development of this project. Common areas include a social area with a living room and bar, with direct access to the pool and garden.
The construction solutions were carefully studied to optimize environmental comfort throughout the year and minimize energy consumption. Vegetation is used as a natural filter, providing shade and protection from the elements, while technical solutions include solar panels, heat pump and mechanical ventilation to ensure maximum comfort.
Green is a constant throughout the development, integrating harmoniously into the landscape. The outdoor spaces are organized around paths surrounded by vegetation, providing residents with privacy and stunning views of the interior.
The chosen materials reflect harmony with the natural environment, with neutral tones and essentially natural chromatic compositions both outside and inside, ensuring perfect integration into the surrounding landscape.
Discover your seaside retreat at CASAS DO MAR, where comfort, beauty and tranquility meet in a truly unique environment.
