CASAS DO MAR is made up of twenty-one apartments, distributed between three and two bedrooms, carefully designed to offer a harmonious connection with the outdoors, all with a spacious social area. The apartments on the first floor include a private garden and swimming pool, while those on the top floor enjoy magnificent views from the terraces. Each unit also has a garage parking space, with pre-installation for charging electric vehicles, as well as a communal toilet and a storage/laundry room.

Privacy and comfort were priorities in the development of this project. The common areas include a social area with a lounge and bar, with direct access to the pool and garden.

The construction solutions have been carefully studied to optimize environmental comfort throughout the year and minimize energy consumption. Vegetation is used as a natural filter, providing shade and protection from the elements, while technical solutions include solar panels, a heat pump and mechanical ventilation to ensure maximum comfort.

The materials chosen reflect the harmony with the natural environment, with neutral tones and essentially natural color compositions both outside and inside, ensuring perfect integration into the surrounding landscape.
